Tom guided us through the whole process, kept in contact throughout to make sure that we were happy with the build, and was always happy to answer any questions that we had. Jordan led the on-site team and explained the construction at every stage. He and his colleagues were clean and tidy throughout and kept in contact in a way that suited us when we were working at home – we simply would not have known that they were working at the top of the garden!
