A team of joiners, carpenters, electricians and building specialists — designing and hand-building premium garden rooms from our Sutton Coldfield base.
Four Oaks Garden Rooms was started by Tom Castledine as a passion project to deliver excellent quality garden rooms to customers in the local Sutton Coldfield area.
Tom is a time-served joiner/carpenter who founded Four Oaks to help people get quality garden rooms designed and built as premium products — completely unique to them.

Today we’re a fantastic group of experienced joiners, carpenters, electricians and building specialists who work together to help as many people as possible get the absolute best sustainable garden rooms — for longevity and quality of life.
Every member of the Four Oaks team has spent years perfecting their craft across many different projects, giving us the ability to tackle bespoke and intricate builds with passion, understanding and real quality control.
One of our biggest passions is to build everything from the ground up ourselves — no flatpack, no generic sizing, no prefabs. Every detail, done to an exacting standard, every time.

Our Approach
One of the things customers love about Four Oaks is that every new garden room is completely tailored to you — rather than a generic modular structure that would mean compromising on your vision.
You decide on everything from shape and style, right through to texture, finish and look — and we love bringing those visions to life. If the level of decision-making feels daunting, we’ll walk you through the options, but nothing is off the table.
Where it helps, we can keep costs down by working to standardised material sizes to avoid unnecessary waste — but this will never impede us from achieving your overall vision.
After all, you’re the one who will be using the space. It makes sense that you get free reign to design it around your needs.
