No matter how well a garden room is constructed above ground, it can only ever be as strong as the foundation it sits on. Our rooms are permanent structures — fully insulated, electrically connected and built to carry substantial weight.
A correctly designed foundation distributes weight evenly, prevents seasonal movement, and keeps doors and glazing perfectly aligned for decades.

From persistent rain to winter frost and summer heat — we don’t rely on a single barrier. We engineer a complete weather-protection envelope.
Wraps the entire structure before cladding — letting moisture vapour escape while blocking weather out.
