Most Four Oaks garden rooms fall under ‘permitted development’ rights, meaning no planning permission is required. We design your garden room to meet all necessary regulations, ensuring a smooth, compliant installation process.
A Few Rules Are:
Garden rooms over 15m2 internal floor area and up to 30m2 internal floor area must be installed at least 1m from any boundary.
Garden rooms cannot exceed 50% of the overall garden size.
If planning permission is necessary for a building, then we will help to produce drawings and submit these (subject to planning costs) so that everything can be done legally and up to standard.
