Great!
We have a showroom. You’re welcome to visit us and look around the garden room office example.
You can look at the finish, quality and standard of work we deliver to customers in every build.
And, don’t forget we’re all about accessibility, so all our builds can be designed and built to be wheelchair accessible and open to all.
Just drop us a message to organise your viewing of the showroom and see for yourself what we can do for you.
Often, garden rooms or extensions have added costs that bump up the price you pay in the end, but with us, because everything is bespoke, the price you are quoted is the price you pay. We believe in being absolutely open, honest and upfront about costs, so there’s never any hidden extras added on. What you see is what you pay
You won’t find any prefabricated structures here. Unlike most garden room companies, all our builds are designed and built from scratch, exactly the way you want them to be. This means you won’t get any of the limitations that come with warehouse stored, ready made structures, instead you’ll get the structure you need with all the individuality you want.
One of our main differences is the focus on accessible rooms and accessibility for disabled people. So, if you want a garden room for work, for a gym, for crafting, for a bar, or any other function, we’re the people who can design and build the accessible space you need, exactly the way you want.
We pride ourselves on our speed and execution. From our initial consultation to the last lick of paint being applied, our rooms can be turned around in under three weeks. Unlike companies that might be able to build a garden room in a single day through the use of more modern building methods, we prefer to build traditionally and properly. This means a much longer lasting structure with a much stronger guarantee.
Once you have enjoyed your showroom visit and seen the quality of our work first hand, we will then offer a free site consultation so that we can look over your potential garden room plot and conduct any necessary surveys to ensure that everything is viable. We will then provide you with a quotation and design meeting so that you can craft your dream garden building.
Four Oaks Garden Rooms are not subject to planning permission if they come under the category of a ‘permitted development’. This means that as long as the building falls within certain rules, it is fine to be built without notifying the council.
A Few Rules Are:
Garden rooms over 15m2 internal floor area and up to 30m2 internal floor area must be installed at least 1m from any boundary.
Garden rooms cannot exceed 50% of the overall garden size.
If planning permission is necessary for a building, then we will help to produce drawings and submit these (subject to planning costs) so that everything can be done legally and up to standard.

No Hidden fees. Unlike extensions and loft conversions, a garden room does not come with a potential for hidden issues that would warrant additional costs, and for this reason, what you are quoted is what you will pay.We make sure our clients understand where each cost lies and we aim to work to meet any budget to the best of our ability. Your room will always be high-quality as we only use products and materials that we can guarantee will last.
Many Garden Rooms on the market are prefabricated structures. This means that they are built in factories, stored in warehouses, and come with certain limitations. Designing for a specific site, and building directly on that same site means that your product will be built specifically for its purpose. In addition, it means that we are able to change certain aspects of the build as the project goes forward should you wish.
We are a company that prides itself on our communication. Where other manufacturers may give you a set of options, we will first listen to our customers, drawing up a full specification of what exactly they want. Our focus is on listening to our clients first before offering predesigned options, as we do not want to limit the scope of our services. If you are struggling to find inspiration, or would like a creative mind to help you during the process, then our design team would be delighted to provide you with multiple options, as well as provide continuous advice to guide you throughout the project.
