Mark’s Golf Simulator Garden Room
As luck would have it, during the construction of our very first Golf Simulator project, we were approached by Mark — who, as it turned out, was also in search of his own dedicated Golf Simulator room. The timing couldn’t have been better, as we were able to showcase the progress on Greg’s simulator build, which had paved the way for this exciting new line of garden rooms.
Mark immediately loved what he saw and quickly envisioned a similar setup for his own garden. Using Greg’s design as a foundation, we developed a tailored variation to suit Mark’s specific needs — including not just a high-spec golf simulator setup, but also an integrated bar and cinema area. To accommodate this, we extended the room by an additional 1.5 metres, creating the perfect balance between sport, leisure, and relaxation.
Because Mark’s garden offered a clear view of the building, we placed special emphasis on its external aesthetic. After several design iterations, we settled on a striking combination of charcoal and green cladding — the green chosen to subtly echo the tones of a golf course. A mix of slatted composite cladding and premium Millboard detailing gave the room a refined, contemporary look, with Millboard also forming a smart decked step at the entrance.
Inside, we enhanced the simulator bay with acoustic wall panels and introduced a sleek chamfered lighting detail featuring colour-changing LEDs — allowing the atmosphere to shift seamlessly between focused practice sessions and relaxed social evenings.
Mark is absolutely thrilled with his new space, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result. This project not only reinforces our growing expertise in golf simulator garden rooms, but also highlights the craftsmanship and precision that go into every Four Oaks build. A special thanks goes to our in-house electrician, whose meticulous calibration ensured the simulator performs flawlessly.
Thank you, Mark — it’s been an absolute pleasure bringing your vision to life!
