The Paddock Lichfield
We were approached by Sarah and John to look at the construction of a garden building for the purpose of an office environment due to a limited space in the home (the dining area was being used as an office space at the time).
Due to lack of space in the home, and their two children growing up quickly, they decided a garden room was the most viable option. This would ensure them both additional space from the house alongside the prevention of everyday distractions within the house.
The area for the room was a short distance from the rear of their property in the corner of the garden. An existing shed and raised concrete base was situated at the intended garden room location, but after further inspection we realized that the concrete base was not suitable for the room and therefore made plans to remove this so that things could be built again from scratch.
The construction of this building lasted three weeks from start to finish and went incredibly well (albeit through some incredibly hot weather). The pair are thoroughly impressed with their new space and have been using it for daily use for teams calls and office work.
